The Knight-Hennessy Scholars (KHS) application deadline is now closed. KHS is an optional scholarship program.
The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program is designed to build a multidisciplinary community of Stanford graduate students dedicated to finding creative solutions to the world's greatest challenges. The program awards up to 100 high-achieving students every year with full funding to pursue a graduate education at Stanford, including the M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science.
Application Fee Waiver
The Computer Science department offers application fee waivers to diversity candidates. We especially encourage such applications from first-generation, low-income students, and students from systematically marginalized backgrounds who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents. The process for requesting a fee waiver can be done by filling out this form.
The Computer Science department is unable to offer a traditional fee waiver.
The School of Engineering also offers fee waivers. Please refer to the website for more information.
